USB Disk Security Standard Edition meets the basic terminal security and data anti-leakage management needs of small and medium-sized enterprises with stable and concise functions. PrivateDLP Pro, with intelligent AI audit, full behavior traceability and flexible customized deployment capabilities, solves the pain points of insufficient accuracy, rigid rules and poor privacy protection of traditional monitoring software. It is suitable for medium and large enterprises with high requirements for data security, employee productivity management and data autonomy, helping enterprises build a comprehensive, intelligent and privacy-compliant terminal data security protection system.
Overview
We provide two editions of enterprise data leakage prevention and employee behavior monitoring software: USB Disk Security (Standard Edition) and PrivateDLP (Pro Edition). Adopting a mature Client/Server (C/S) architecture, the software supports Windows-based client deployment. All device control and network control policies are centrally issued and managed via a web-based management terminal, enabling administrators to configure rules in batches or for individual devices flexibly. The client executes all policy rules set by the server and synchronizes real-time monitoring data back to the enterprise management terminal, realizing full-cycle, visualized enterprise data security protection and employee office behavior supervision.
1. Core Functions of USB Disk Security (Standard Edition)
The Standard Edition focuses on basic enterprise data leakage prevention, USB device security defense and network access control, covering core security management demands for enterprise terminal devices and network behaviors.
1.1 USB Antivirus Protection
It provides comprehensive USB device security defense capabilities, including real-time protection, manual and automatic virus scanning for USB storage devices, and a dedicated isolation area for infected files and risky programs. This function effectively blocks virus, malware and trojan intrusion brought by external USB devices, eliminating terminal security risks caused by portable storage devices.
1.2 Fine-Grained USB Device Control
Administrators can formulate flexible USB device access and data transmission policies through the web terminal to prevent internal enterprise data leakage:
Prohibit U disks from copying and exporting local computer data of enterprise terminals;
Fully block U disk access to terminal computers to avoid unauthorized data reading and modification;
Restrict the access of all external USB devices to enterprise terminals;
Support customized USB peripheral whitelist management, allowing only certified legal USB devices to connect to terminals, balancing security and office convenience.
1.3 Intelligent Network Access Control
The software realizes all-round management of terminal network behaviors to standardize employee office network access and prevent illegal network transmission of enterprise data:
Support website access management via customized URL whitelist and blacklist, restricting employees from accessing illegal, irrelevant or high-risk websites during working hours;
Block the startup of blacklisted software and prohibited applications to avoid risky software from stealing or transmitting enterprise data;
Formulate dedicated network rules to prohibit blacklisted programs from accessing the network, cutting off hidden channels for data leakage through unauthorized program network transmission.
2. Exclusive Advanced Functions of PrivateDLP (Pro Edition)
PrivateDLP Pro fully inherits all functional capabilities of the Standard Edition, and adds professional data audit, behavior analysis and intelligent monitoring functions. It solves the shortcomings of traditional DLP software with rigid rule judgment and missing hidden leakage risks, helping enterprises accurately monitor data behaviors and improve employee office productivity.
2.1 USB File Copy Record & Risk Alert
The Pro edition realizes full record of all file transmission behaviors between enterprise terminals and U disks. Administrators can view complete copy logs at any time, including copied file names, file types, copy time and terminal information. Meanwhile, it supports customized risk alert rules: the system will automatically trigger alarms when sensitive files or specified types of core enterprise files are copied to USB devices, helping administrators perceive abnormal data transmission behaviors in real time.
2.2 Privacy-First AI Behavior Audit Function
Different from traditional rigid monitoring tools, PrivateDLP’s core AI audit function realizes intelligent classification and statistics of employee working status with flexible and humanized rules, effectively improving enterprise office productivity while strictly protecting employee privacy.
Administrators can customize the definition of working behaviors and entertainment behaviors for employee terminals through natural language, without complicated rule coding. The system captures terminal screen screenshots every about 1 minute and transmits them to the LLM model (default Gemini model) for intelligent analysis, automatically counting employees’ working time, offline idle time and entertainment time.
Privacy Protection Core Advantage: All screenshots used for AI audit will be deleted immediately after analysis, and no employee private screen data will be retained or stored conventionally. For violation behaviors defined by enterprises, the system can retain corresponding screenshots and send real-time alert notifications to administrators, realizing accurate traceability of illegal behaviors.
This intelligent audit mechanism makes up for the defect that traditional DLP tools cannot identify hidden data leakage behaviors. It can effectively monitor risky behaviors such as employees illegally transferring core enterprise data to unknown network disks and other external platforms through unregulated network channels, covering blind spots of traditional rule-based monitoring.
3. Customizable Enterprise-Level Functions of PrivateDLP
To meet the personalized deployment and data security compliance needs of different enterprises, PrivateDLP supports flexible customized configuration of core functional modules, ensuring enterprise data autonomy and deployment security.
3.1 Customizable Alert Screenshot Storage
All violation alert screenshots can be stored in a self-defined manner. Enterprises can choose to store data in the official secure storage of our system or independently specify private storage space. The function supports all S3-compatible storage devices and enterprise private storage servers, meeting enterprises’ independent data storage and localized management requirements.
3.2 Flexible LLM Model Adaptation
The AI audit module supports multi-model switching and customized deployment. By default, it adopts the Gemini model for screenshot intelligent analysis, and all screenshot data will never be used for model training to ensure data security. Meanwhile, enterprises can independently access third-party mainstream AI models such as OpenAI and Claude, or deploy self-built internal LLM models for local analysis. The whole process realizes closed-loop processing of enterprise data within the enterprise’s private environment, completely isolating external data risks and ensuring 100% enterprise data autonomy.
